Splice, the platform for rights-cleared sounds and beats, has established its first International Music Council, a strategic advisory board of artist entrepreneurs, activists and consultants in main music territories. In response to the announcement, the advisors had been hand-picked to supply numerous views, and an artist’s lens, on increasing entry to Splice’s music creation platform around the globe.
